About your new role
The Corporate Planning & Performance Partne is primaril responsible for managing the integrity and accuracy of Council's integrated planning and reporting processes. Working within the Customer Experience and Service Innovation department , the role focuses on developing, monitoring, and reporting on high-level strategic documents such as the Community Vision, Council Plan, and the Annual Report in compliance with the Local Government Act. During this secondment, the partner will lead the delivery of the Organisational Strategy 2026-2030, finalise reports for the outgoing 2022-2026 strategy, and manage performance reporting like the Community Satisfaction Survey.
