Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Corporate Planning & Performance Partne who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. About your new role

The Corporate Planning & Performance Partne is primaril responsible for managing the integrity and accuracy of Council's integrated planning and reporting processes. Working within the Customer Experience and Service Innovation department , the role focuses on developing, monitoring, and reporting on high-level strategic documents such as the Community Vision, Council Plan, and the Annual Report in compliance with the Local Government Act. During this secondment, the partner will lead the delivery of the Organisational Strategy 2026-2030, finalise reports for the outgoing 2022-2026 strategy, and manage performance reporting like the Community Satisfaction Survey.

What you will need to exceed

• You must be able to manage integrated planning frameworks and interpret complex data to identify trends that drive policy and organizational strategy.
• You will need to navigate internal networks effectively, using negotiation and persuasion to gain cooperation from staff across various departments to meet corporate objectives.
• Success requires the ability to produce concise, grammatically correct reports and present data in a way that is accessible to different audiences, from residents to the Executive Leadership Team.
• You need a solid understanding of the Local Government Act and how it dictates the Community Vision, Council Plan, and Annual Report processes.
• Previous experience working within a local government environment (or a similar public sector field) is essential to hit the ground running
